Refund Policy
TBR gets our schedules out early to umpires, pay up front in some cases to parks/fields, and contract housing-all if which is a huge undertaking/costs for our tournaments.
Once an entry fee is paid for any event(Showcases or Tournaments), no cash, check or credit card refunds will be issued for any reason, including tournament cancelation. The hotel processing fee is also non-refundable. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AT ANYTIME AFTER PAYMENT. TBR WILL HOLD A CREDIT TO A FUTURE EVENT IF NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS GIVEN AT LEAST 4 WEEKS PRIOR to the start date. This credit can be used through the following season.
If an event is cancelled at any time or shortened due to inclement weather or field conditions, Travel Baseball Rankings will issue credits as follows if tournament has started.
0 games: 100% credit toward future TBR event good through the following season
1 Game Played-30% credit toward future TBR event good through the following season
2 Games Played-No Refunds or Credits

Teams cannot use more than two offered discounts/credits at one time.
